The Streak Continues...

Another year passes and another Carolina victory over Clemson in Chapel Hill. Last night the #5 Tar Heels manhandled the #9 Clemson Tigers 93 to 70. Clemson is now 0 and 54 while playing Carolina in Chapel Hill. To state it another way, that's 0 for FOREVER! Great game by The starting five of Hansbrough, Ellington, Lawson, Thompson & Green.

This year's first snowfall

The snow started to fall Monday evening and didn't let up until the middle part of Tuesday. We had a total of about 5 to 6 inches. Harley had a blast running around through the woods and back yard most of the day. It's been several years since we had our last good snow. I'm not sure if the birds liked it though, they were having trouble getting to their food. Kat and I both stayed home Tuesday. Kat did some work while I pretty much did nothing. We did get a nice walk in on Tuesday evening. The three of us walked down to our friend Debbie's house to say hi. We'll see how the raods are tomorrow, maybe we can get another day off.

2008 Meineke Car Care Bowl

This past weekend Kathy, Zach and I had a wonderful time driving down to Charlotte to see Carolina Play West Virginia in the 2008 Meineke Car Care Bowl. The game was played at the Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers. Even though the final score was not in our favor (31 to 30), we had great seats located in the club section where we could go inside anytime to go eat or visit the bar. This is also where all of the luxury suites are located. After the game we stopped by a wing restaurant for dinner while we waited for the traffic to subside a little before we drove back home.
